UDAAN -The Owners’ Growth Accelerator Programme An Exclusive Programme for MSMEs brought to you by S. P. Jain Institute of Management & Research (SPJIMR) and India SME Accelerator Network (ISAN).
This programme has been specially curated for capacity building of small and medium enterprise promoters, to help them transform their business growth journey.
It is structured over 5 weeks, with online sessions and on-campus sessions that combines industry perspectives along with academic perspectives, leading to robust growth of businesses.

PROGRAMME FEES
Total Programme Fees : INR 1,16,000 (+ 18% GST)( Avail early bird discount)
The programme fee includes online and on-campus course fee, training materials and certification. Travel and stay costs, if any, to be borne by participants

A scholarship of 10% is available on case-to-case basis
About SPJIMR’s Centre for Family Business & Entrepreneurship (CFBE)
SPJIMR’s Centre for Family Business & Entrepreneurship (CFBE) aims to promote an entrepreneurial mindset and catalyse the sustainable growth of family business and community Entrepreneurship ecosystems.
CFBE provides family business leaders with the skills, ecosystem network, global outlook, and mindset required to pursue business growth while sustaining family values. CFBE offers a specialised Post Graduate programme in Family Managed Business (offered since 1997 with more than 4,000 graduates) and programmes in entrepreneurship and hosts various networking and funding events.
The Centre works with international researchers and publishes survey-based white papers on key issues facing Indian family businesses and micro, small and medium enterprises.

We had a digital vision earlier, and when the opportunity to join this program came up, we were immediately interested and applied. Initially, I was unsure how we would manage the weekly three-hour sessions and assignments, but we decided to commit—mainly to explore how Industry 4.0 could be applied to our production process. While we had implemented some digital tools before, this program made us realize the difference between digitalization and true digital transformation. We learned about various aspects like the production process, supply chain, and value chain—many of which were new to us. The sessions inspired us to create a clear digital transformation roadmap for our company. I have been leading an MSME for some time, but this six-week program truly helped take me to the next level. Before this, my path wasn’t clearly planned or structured. I hadn’t studied formal management, but I had been practicing it through experience. There’s a saying: Lord Rama learned first, then acted. Lord Krishna acted first, then taught others. This program reminded me of Krishna’s approach—learning through action and then gaining clarity. At home, we may need to be like Rama, but at work, we must be like Krishna—adaptive, initiative, and decisive. With determination, success is inevitable. I sincerely thank the India SME Accelerator Network (ISAN) for this transformative experience.
Coming to IIM was a dream for me. I applied for this course, and when I came to IIM, I felt like my dream had become real today. The level of understanding for some of the things is different for different people like us. I have got a lot of opportunities and takeaways and am going to implement all of this in my business. So, I would like to thank IIM and ISAN for organizing such a wonderful program and giving me this opportunity for learning things.

I would like to show my gratitude to the initiative of SME, the ISAN they are doing a great Job and It's a great initiative, rightly, now MSME's are 45% of GDP contributors so such initiatives are important for motivating, inspiring new upcoming generation to give recognition because these are manufacturers, service providers that we employed to our Indians.
ISAN is doing a commendable job by supporting the growth of businesses—from micro to medium, and from medium to large scale. Their initiative is truly valuable, as they are effectively connecting all the dots that many businesses might not have been able to on their own. Very good initiative because where we are small, we need someone to guide us, to help us on the path. And we are a small business, of course, no one like this kind of help was available. But now, a holding network is available for the SMEs. It is available so they can connect to the network, and they can stock what are the initiatives, they can know more about what are the government and within the network which can help them to speed up their growth.
