About Event
ABOUT THE PROGRAMME
Entrepreneurial Business Growth Accelerator Program is a 3 weeks programme, designed exclusively for business growth of new and emerging business enterprises in India (including startups).
This programme is specially curated for young enterprises to kick-start and stabilise their business growth into a robust one. It is structured over 3 weeks in a hybrid model of online sessions and on-campus sessions.
The Programme aims to help business enterprises to –
- Guide in developing a vision for growing their business
- Chart their growth roadmap for next 3 years
- Facilitate a strategic approach to a strong entrepreneurial business growth
Programme Design:
This growth accelerator programme is designed to help enterprises gather required knowledge and help apply them to their business context
It will cover
- Classroom training
- Individual mentoring
- Individual Action Planning Workshop
The Accelerator Programme would provide entrepreneurs a holistic approach to growing their enterprise through group training on key business aspects with individual-level action planning workshops to translate knowledge into application.

The Programme fee includes cost for residential stay and food at IIM- Indore Campus for 3 days of oncampus programme days. Travel cost, if any, to be borne by the participants.

A scholarship of 10% is available on case-to-case basis
ABOUT IIM Lucknow EIC
Established in 2013 as an innovation and entrepreneurship arm of one of the most prominent business institutes, IIM Lucknow, IIML EIC is a sector-agnostic technology business incubator. IIML EIC serves as a catalyst for entrepreneurship and provides strategic guidance, mentoring, funding, and resources to early-growth stage startups for successful commercialization of technology or products. The Centre is supported by the Government of Uttar Pradesh under the UPIT Startup Policy and the Government of India under NSTEDB, Department of Science & Technology (DST).

Initially, I was unsure how we would manage the weekly three-hour sessions and assignments, but we decided to commit—mainly to explore how Industry 4.0 could be applied to our production process. While we had implemented some digital tools before, this program made us realize the difference between digitalization and true digital transformation. We learned about various aspects like the production process, supply chain, and value chain—many of which were new to us. The sessions inspired us to create a clear digital transformation roadmap for our company. I have been leading an MSME for some time, but this six-week program truly helped take me to the next level. Before this, my path wasn’t clearly planned or structured. I hadn’t studied formal management, but I had been practicing it through experience. There’s a saying: Lord Rama learned first, then acted. Lord Krishna acted first, then taught others. This program reminded me of Krishna’s approach—learning through action and then gaining clarity. At home, we may need to be like Rama, but at work, we must be like Krishna—adaptive, initiative, and decisive. With determination, success is inevitable. I sincerely thank the India SME Accelerator Network (ISAN) for this transformative experience.
Coming to IIM was a dream for me. I applied for this course, and when I came to IIM, I felt like my dream had become real today. The level of understanding for some of the things is different for different people like us. I have got a lot of opportunities and takeaways and am going to implement all of this in my business. I would like to show my gratitude to the initiative of SME, the ISAN they are doing a great Job and It's a great initiative, rightly, now MSME's are 45% of GDP contributors so such initiatives are important for motivating, inspiring new upcoming generation to give recognition because these are manufacturers, service providers that we employed to our Indians.

Very good initiative because where we are small, we need someone to guide us, to help us on the path. And we are a small business, of course, no one like this kind of help was available. But now, a holding network is available for the SMEs. It is available so they can connect to the network, and they can stock what are the initiatives, they can know more about what are the government and within the network which can help them to speed up their growth.
