ABOUT THE PROGRAMME
MSME Business Strategy and Growth Accelerator Program is a 4 weeks program, designed exclusively for the strategic growth and development of micro and small business enterprises in India.
This program is specially curated for capability building of MSME promoters to grow their business to its next level with a strategic approach to growth. It is structured over 4 weekdays with on-ground sessions & online sessions providing easy access to MSMEs across the country.
Program Objectives:
The Program endeavors to help micro and small enterprises with the following –
- To Accelerate the growth of micro and small enterprises in the country
- To guide them in developing a vision for growing their business
- To facilitate a strategic approach to growing business with a structured roadmap
PROGRAMME STRUCTURE (ON-CAMPUS + ONLINE)
The Programme is designed for a cohort of 25 enterprises for 7 days

Total Programme Fees : INR 100,000 (+ 18% GST)
The Programme fee includes online and on-campus Course fee, residential stay and food at IIM Campus for 3 days. Travel cost, if any, to be borne by participant
FACULTY IN-CHARGE: PROF. SHUBHABRATA BASU
Prof. Shubhabrata Basu is a distinguished Professor of Strategic Management at the Indian Institute of Management Indore, with extensive academic and industry experience. He holds a PhD (Fellow in Management) from IIM Ahmedabad and a Bachelor’s in Engineering from IIEST Shibpur. Prior to academia, he served in key roles in government and industry, including as Assistant Labour Commissioner for the Government of West Bengal and as an engineer in the private sector. His research interests span environmental discontinuities, emerging market institutions, state-owned enterprises, and innovation ecosystems. He has contributed extensively to executive education and corporate consulting, particularly in the BFSI, energy, infrastructure, and defense sectors. Dr. Basu has trained over 10,000 corporate professionals and civil servants through various leadership and strategic management programs. He is also active in start-up advisory and academic leadership development.
ABOUT IIM Indore

India SME Accelerator Network (ISAN) is a business accelerator for MSMEs, dedicated to building future ready MSMEs across the country. ISAN provides capacity building of business owners, with a structured and methodical approach to growing their businesses. It provides training, mentoring and consultancy to MSMEs, in collaboration with credible ecosystem partners, chambers of commerce, industry trade associations and apex bodies of SMEs in India. ISAN and IIM Indore's MSME growth accelerator Program was a blend of online & offline.
